Indulge in the creamy delight of homemade coconut balls. This simple yet decadent treat combines desiccated coconut, powdered milk, butter, and a touch of sweetness from agave or maple syrup. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or delighting guests with a tropical-inspired dessert.

Ingredients

  • 65 grams desiccated coconut

  • 50 grams powdered milk

  • 25 grams unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 25 milliliters agave or maple syrup

  • Optional: Any nuts of your liking

  • Optional: 10 grams of cocoa powder

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 50 grams of the desiccated coconut, powdered milk, unsalted butter, and agave or maple syrup. Firmly mix together and start forming the coconut balls. If you are using the optional nuts, add one nut in the middle of the balls when forming them. Pass each ball through the remaining grated coconut.

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter composition, you can add some sugar to the mix. Adjust the syrup quantity if required.
