Ingredients
65 grams desiccated coconut
50 grams powdered milk
25 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
25 milliliters agave or maple syrup
Optional: Any nuts of your liking
Optional: 10 grams of cocoa powder
Directions
- In a bowl, add 50 grams of the desiccated coconut, powdered milk, unsalted butter, and agave or maple syrup. Firmly mix together and start forming the coconut balls. If you are using the optional nuts, add one nut in the middle of the balls when forming them. Pass each ball through the remaining grated coconut.
Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter composition, you can add some sugar to the mix. Adjust the syrup quantity if required.
