Ingredients
500 grams minced pork meat
50 grams white rice
2 whole eggs
4 tablespoons white flour
1 large carrot
1 large parsley root
1 tablespoon vegeta (all purpose seasoning)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
20 milliliters vinegar
3 liters water
Optional but highly recommended: Chili peppers and sour cream
Directions
- In a bowl, add the minced meat, washed white rice, egg, salt, and black pepper. Firmly mix everything together and start forming the meatballs. Coat them in white flour and place them on a tray. Repeat the process for the whole meat composition.
- Clean the carrots and the parsley root and finely grate them. In a pot, add water, and once it starts boiling, add the grated carrot and parsley root. Cook for about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and carefully start adding the meatballs. Cook until the meatballs are done—about 30 minutes for the minced pork.
- Make a slurry using the white flour and some cold water. Add it in once the meatballs are done. At this point, the egg whites can also be added to the pot. Turn off the heat and adjust with salt, black pepper, and vinegar to taste.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk and gradually add 3–4 tablespoons of soup while stirring continuously. Add the resultant mixture to the pot and stir well to mix. It’s best served warm with a hefty spoonful of sour cream and some chili peppers.

If you’d like to test out other goodies that are just as easy to make, I would recommend: Cajun crab stick sushi bake (or salmon) or the Tripe sour soup.
