A zesty and flavorful garlic sauce crafted with just four simple ingredients: garlic, sunflower oil, coarse salt, and cold water. Perfect for adding a punch of flavor to any dish in just minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

  • 1 cup cold water

  • Optional: 1 cup sour cream or yogurt, etc

Directions

  • In a bowl, grate the garlic cloves and add the salt and oil. Mix them together until you have a thick paste.
  • Slowly add the cold water while stirring continuously. Taste the sauce regularly and adjust with salt or water if necessary.

Notes

  • This is something I usually use on french fries, egg omelettes, fish, potato salad, and many more because I love the taste of garlic. If you consider that the composition is too runny for your taste, replace the cold water completely with sour cream or yogurt.
